Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN)

Low-Dose Natrexone (LDN) is being used in patients with autoimmune diseases, inflammatory conditions, and/or central nervous system disorders due to mounting evidence that it regulates the immune system and decreases inflammation.

LDN blocks natural endorphins from attaching to opioid receptors in the brain and immune cells. This causes the body to increase endorphin production. Increased endorphin/enkephalin production leads to enhancement of the immune system.
