Hormone Consultation

Hormone levels can decline at any point in your life whether it’s due to a hysterectomy, illness, stress, peri/post menopause or just genetics.  We offer one-on-one hormone consultations, as well as couple consultations. If you have supplements you have questions on, feel free to bring them to your appointment.

Cost: $150 per hour- $75 deposit required

• Please fill out all paperwork before you arrive for your appointment.
• Please arrive a few minutes early so that we can make sure you have all of your paper work filled out correctly as to not take time out of your consultation to complete them.
• Lab work is not required for consultation, however, if you do have any please bring it with you.
• Write down any questions you may have so that you do not forget to ask during your appointment.
